ACIF-CCIM, Madeira chamber of commerce, planned a diferente seminar for this weekend, at the Museu da Electricidade-Casa da Luz.

“The economic impact of Michelin stars” will wet our appetites from 15h at the Museum’s ausditorium, with the opening session being performed by the president of ACIF_CCIM, Cristina Pedra Costa, and Madeira economy, transport and tourism secretary, Eduardo Jesus.

After all, knowing what the impact of the famous stars is important, and no one better to talk about it than the actual chefs: Benoit Sinthon, restaurant Il Gallo D’Oro, Luis Pestana, restaurant William, and Pedro Lemos, restaurant Pedro Lemos, in a conversation directed by Pedro Milheiro da Costa, general manager of Quinta do Furão.

This will be the first of a series of seminars promoted by ACIF-CCIM under the theme “Business – Concepts – Brands”, sponsored by Delta Cafés, DerivaFator and Santander Totta.
